    Underwater Uav (Fishing Drone) Power Core Tail Counterweight Cover

    Underwater robots generally need to be waterproof and dustproof to IP68, especially in deep sea areas where they need to withstand pressure from external high pressure and seawater erosion.


    The metal parts of the underwater drone are made of aluminum alloy 6061, and the surface adopts a hard anodizing process to strengthen the metal to produce a hard and durable film. The hard anodizing process is mainly used in semiconductors, solar cells, biomedicine and electronics.

    Hard anodizing typically uses slower speeds and higher pressures to precisely control the process to ensure the stability of film thickness, density and performance.

    The tail counterweight is one of the important devices of underwater drones. In addition to maintaining the balance of the machine's center of gravity when diving into the deep sea, it also plays a role in enhancing structural support so that excessive underwater pressure is less likely to occur deformation accident.

    We can see that the diameter of this structural underwater weight block is 195mm and the weight reaches 950g, which is enough to illustrate the difficulty of its processing and the necessity of assembly.
