Description
SIX PARTS FOR MUSIC SERVER CHASSIS
This is a six-part music servo, four of the sides are matte black anodized and the other two are silver anodized.
Matte black anodizing is a special surface treatment process. The surface of the metal is anodized in a re-oxidation bath electrolyte containing chemical components such as sulfuric acid or magnesium sulfate to form a dark and matte texture. l
Before anodizing, our workers usually perform a sandblasting process, and then control the parameters and conditions of the oxidation process with the strength and density of chemicals and current to obtain different colors, brightness and surface textures.
The matte surface is usually an oxide layer with a thickness between 10-20 nanometers and a structure of numerous small holes and pits, which beneficially improves the performance of the product itself.
The matte black oxidation process is a new process for producing lithium-ion battery anode materials. It has high conductivity, structural stability, low cost and good discharge performance. For this reason, it is very common in metal processing.
The two silver versions of the same left-right symmetrical structure use fence grooves. The design of the structure is relatively difficult. For this reason, our 3-axis CNC machining center may not be able to meet the requirements. We need to cooperate with a 4-axis or 5-axis CNC machining center can be achieved.
The tail panel on the tail panel is realized using laser engraving technology. On the black anodized aluminum alloy plate, the color that our laser engraving can engrave is white.
